Chinese murder trial ends after one day

The murder trial of the wife of a prominent Chinese politician, who is accused of killing a British businessman, has ended after one day.Gu Kailai did not contest the murder charge and will be sentenced at a later date.

She had been accused of poisoning her business partner Neil Heywood last November in a dispute about money.
