Is this the worst dress ever?
This is the pretty and very talented actress Cate Blanchett. She shocked her fans when she wore this dress on a red carpet.
According to the report,she wore this stupid, awful dress. Or no, sorry, the dress is all right. The dress is the skirt bit with the pretty flowers. Her mistake was in wearing that cape thing. That bizarrely shaped, completely unnecessary gross bunch of fabric bringing her whole look down.
