Teacher Has Sex With Male Student, Infects Him With HIV

Some school of thought believes anyone who is HIV positive and engages in any sexual act with an HIV negative person without protection should be charged for murder. A 37-year-old HIV-positive teacher is accused of having sex with a teenage male student and infecting him. Before the arrest he had been teaching in Bourgeois High School located in Louisiana, USA, for approximately a year.
The suspect never told his 16-year-old student-lover about the HIV, according to Your Jewish News.
As soon as the local Sheriff’s Office was notified about the alleged sexual relationships between the two, the man was nabbed and the student underwent medical examination. Unfortunately, the teenager tested HIV-positive.
Nesby, charged with felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile and intentional exposure of the AIDS virus, was granted a $1 million bail before the hearing.
