Caitlyn Jenner To Be Charged With Manslaughter Next Week(Report)
According to the DailyMail, Caitlyn Jenner could be charged with vehicular manslaughter as early as next week in connection to a February crash in Malibu, California that killed one person.
Speaking on the case, the lead detective told KABC that they plan to turn the results of the investigation over to the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office next week, and will recommend Jenner be charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter. It will be up to the DA's office whether to charge Jenner with the crime.
The detective claims that the recommendation for the charge is based on how fast Jenner was going at the time of the crash, a speed they believe was unsafe. One woman was killed and seven others injured when Jenner rear-ended a Lexus on February 7.
A Toyota Prius had come to a stop in the intersection for unknown reasons, and then Jenner slammed into the Lexus waiting to move behind the Prius. At the time, Jenner was driving a Cadillac Escalade towing a trailer, and the impact of her SUV on the Lexus forced the car into southbound traffic where it collided head on with a Hummer. The driver of the Lexus, Kimberly Howe, was killed.
In the aftermath of the crash, Howe's stepchildren filed a lawsuit against Jenner, saying she was driving at an unsafe speed and that her negligence cause the 69-year-old's death. When interviewed by police after the crash, Jenner told them that she was being followed by paparazzi but was not trying to evade them. There were also reports that Jenner was on her phone at the time of the crash, something her lawyer has denied.
In California, the maximum sentence for misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter is one year in jail.

Transgender Caitlyn Jenner Talks About Sex and Dating
In the latest clip from 'I Am Cait', Caitlyn Jenner admitted she's still not sure which sex she is more attracted to, a man or a woman.
While having a dinner party with some of her girlfriends, the topic of conversation soon turns to sex and relationships.
'I wanna hear what it's like to date as a trans woman in our community,' Cait's friend - and rumoured girlfriend - Candis Cayne announces.
'Caitlyn you start,' someone shouts, catching the former Olympian off guard.
'Absolutely nothing!' she grins while the room laughs along.
Chandi, another of her friends, then interjects: 'I know for a fact you've said many times that you've only been attracted to women...'
'I've only been with women,' she clarifies, before declaring: 'I have bigger things than an orgasm to worry about.'
When the table is then asked: 'who's more attracted to men?' Caitlyn looks around intrigued at all the hands drifting up.
When all eyes settle on her, she realises her own hand is half up - and she quickly pulls it down.
'I don't know, I don't know,' she hurriedly replies. 'I've never been with a guy.'
'You're gonna date women, you're gonna date men, what are you gonna do.... I don't know!' she confesses in frustration.

Caitlyn Jenner's Reality Show Loses Half Its Audience After Just One Episode
I guess people are tired. 'I Am Cait' is already suffering a ratings slump just two weeks after it debuted.
According to Entertainment Weekly, last Sunday's show had only 1.3 million viewers, compared to the 2.7 million that tuned in to watch the show's premiere, this is all despite the amount of buzz that had surrounded Caitlyn.

Transgender Caitlyn Jenner Nominated At Teen Choice Awards
65-year-old transgender Caitlyn Jenner, has been nominated at the upcoming Teen Choice Awards for Social Media Queen. Caitlyn goes up against Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Nicki Minaj, Selena Gomez, and Taylor Swift in the same category.
Upon the announcement Caitlyn tweeted: 'And to think I wouldn't have qualified for this nom a few months ago... What an honor! #TeenChoice #SocialMediaQueen'.
Jenner's nomination came after she took Twitter by storm and beat a record held by President Barack Obama.
She joined Twitter on June 1 the same day she made her debut as a woman on the cover of Vanity Fair and broke a Twitter record by gaining more than one million followers in just four hours.
It will be a family affair at the awards show as Kim Kardashian, 34, and half-sister Kylie Jenner, 17, were both nominated earlier this month in the new Choice Selfie Taker category announced during the second wave of nominations.

Caitlyn Jenner made her first award show appearance at last night's ESPY Awards. Looking at the photos, could it be said she stole the show?
Jenner had taken the stage last night at the ESPY Awards to accept an award for courageously going public with her gender transition, And with the help of Angelina Jolie's stylist Jen Rade, wore this curve-hugging ivory gown topped with emerald earrings. Jenner stood in front of friends, all of her children and supporters to accept the prestigious Arthur Ashe Courage award. See more photos below....

Jenner's nearly 10-minute acceptance speech that touched on her athletic career as Bruce Jenner, her fear of coming out as transgender to her family and her hopes for a future where trans people can feel comfortable in their own skin, is also trending. Jenner had said in the speech:
"If you want to call me names, make jokes, go ahead, because the reality is, I can take it. But for the kids coming to terms with who they are, they shouldn't have to take it. It's about what happens from here, it's not just about one person, its about thousands of people, it's not just about me, its about all of us, accepting one another. We're all different, that's not a bad thing, that's a good thing.
Here comes the tough part. I'd like to thank my family," Jenner said, wiping away tears as the camera panned to his Kardashian stepdaughters and his other children in the audience.
"Now, the biggest fear I've always had in coming out was I never wanted to hurt anyone else, most of all my family and my kids. I always wanted my children to be so proud of their dad, for what he was able to accomplish in his life. You guys have given so much back to me, you've given me so much support, I am so so grateful to have all of you in my life.
