75-year Old Man R*pes 13-year Old Girl In Lagos
A 75-year-old man, Gabriel Nwakama, who is alleged to have r*ped a 13-year-old girl, was yesterday charged before the Ikeja Magistrates’ Court 4 in Lagos.
The accused, who lives at 4, Oloosa-Oke Street, Ogundimu in Iju-Ishaga, Lagos, is facing a two-count charge of assault and defilement.
Prosecuting police officer Racheal Williams said the offence was committed on July 12 in the defendant’s apartment.
According to Williams, the accused lured the girl, who went to fetch water in his compound, into his room and r*ped her.
“The accused covered her mouth and raped her. He told the innocent girl not to tell anyone or else he would kill her. Out of fear, the girl kept quiet when she got home but the mother who suspected a foul play threatened to beat her if she did not tell her what happened,” she said.
“The girl finally opened up three days after and the accused was arrested.’’
The offence contravenes Sections 135 and 137 of the Criminal Law. The accused pleaded not guilty.
Chief Magistrate Tajudeen Elias granted the accused N500, 000 bail with two sureties in like the sum. He adjourned the case till July 22.

Wicked!!! Six Men To Face 1,300 Years In Prison For Raping 15-Year-Old
Rape is horrible,especially for a minor, no wonder the six identified men above will serve up to 1300 years in jail. According to the police, Douglas Demond Canada, 19, and Da’Juan Oshea Degrate, 18, convinced the teen to cut class at Waco High School, where all three are students on April 23.
When the girl arrived at the home where they were planning to 'hang out,' four other men were there: Devoric Javon Evans, 20; Lamont Tray Davis, 19; Day’tron Derrell Smith, 18; and Cory Darnell Hall, 18.
According to authorities, Hall stated that he heard the girl telling Canada to stop when he began to rape her in the bathroom.
According to court, documents, she told police: "I told him to stop, but he wouldn't. Then he walked me out to the bedroom and the other boys were there. They all had sex with me one at a time."
A grand jury in Waco, Texas, charged Canada with 13 counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and three counts of sexual assault of a child.
The other five are each charged with 13 counts of first-degree felony aggravated sexual assault of a child and two counts of sexual assault of a child.
Together each man faces more than 1,300 years in prison.
The steep sentence is because the men were indicted of 'acting in concert' which each other - making each one responsible for the other's crimes.

STRANGE: Man R*pes 18 year Old girl During Epileptic attack
Another strange news coming from kenya. A convict serving a 30 year
jail term for rape charges has had his appeal thrown out by the High Court in
Embu.
Simon Mutuku Musyoka raped an 18 year old epileptic woman at
Mbondoni village of Mbeere South District. The woman had fallen down with seizure
when the accused worsened her situation by raping her without caring for her
condition.
Musyoka appeared before an Embu Court asking the sentence to
be quashed claiming that the prosecution witnesses did not corroborate their
evidence.
However, Justice David Majanja ignored his request stating
that Musyoka took advantage of the woman’s seizure to sexually molest her
"in broad daylight". Majanja added that the woman regained
consciousness following the exercise and found Musyoka on top of her.
She pleaded with him to stop but he insisted that he had to
finish the process. With that, the judge ruled that the convict was sentenced properly
and that he should serve the jail term.

Unbelievable:Couple Jailed For Having Sex With Their Children
The woman, Sarah Adleta from Florida, and her husband reportedly made sex with their children a part of their parenting plan. They even continued with these shocking sexual act after the divorced.
The mother of two also confessed to performing sex acts on her 4-year-old girl on camera while another man, Aaron Dixon, watched via Skype from North Carolina.
During court proceedings, she revealed that her husband only agreed to be marred to her if she can makes sure he gets to have sex with their daughter and she agreed because she was willing to do anything to be with him.
Investigators found that the couple’s daughter, who was 4 at the time of the arrest, had the developmental level of an 18-month old, was not toilet-trained, and displayed “sexualized” behaviors.

Rap*st contract HIV from victim
Richard Thomas, a man sentenced to five years and four months for raping a woman at her home in Leigh, Greater Manchester is now awaiting test results to find out if he contracted HIV from her.
He knew she was ill but did not know she had HIV and collapsed when police told him, Liverpool Crown Court heard.
Thomas, 27, of Sandringham Drive, Leigh, raped the woman after she had taken a sleeping tablet.
He said he had been drinking heavily and taken drugs, and could not recall the attack but believed the woman, the court heard. Thomas had let himself into the house uninvited in the middle of the night and the woman, who had taken a sleeping tablet, awoke to find him raping her.
Harry Pepper, prosecuting, said: "She froze and no words were exchanged. He pulled up his shorts and left."Judge Mark Brown described the crime as "dreadful".
Thomas is due to find out whether he has contracted HIV later in the week.
His barrister, Virginia Hayton, said: "It is his own fault, if he had not committed this offence he would not have placed himself in this position."
Pastor r*pes woman in church while she took a spiritual bath
A Pastor, Olamide Sobowale, 46, of Glory Church of Christ Aladura, Oke-Itoku, Abeokuta, Ogun State, has been ordered to be remanded in prison for allegedly molesting a woman while bathing in his church backyard.
The pastor, who was arraigned before a Magistrate Court sitting in Isabo, Abeokuta, yesterday, was accused of molesting a member, Dupe Makinde, 30, who resides in Isaje, Abeokuta, while taking a spiritual bath which was recommended by the pastor.
The prosecuting counsel, Paul Etusi, told the court that the accused grabbed the complainant while she was in a bathroom within the church premises and molested her.
Etusi said the complainant had already put the soap on her face as she began bathing when the pastor suddenly entered the bathroom, grabbed and molested her with soap on her face.
According to Etusi, the accused had told Mrs. Makinde that he had a vision about the her and asked her to come for deliverance in his church.
He said: “He asked the woman to come to the church to take a spiritual bath for her deliverance, but, while the complainant was taking her bath, the accused barged into the bathroom, grabbed the woman and molested her.
“The accused has committed an offence contrary to section 357 and punishable under section 358 of criminal code of law of Ogun State, Nigeria, 2006.”
Magistrate A. Araba after listening to the prosecuting counsel, ordered that the accused be remanded in prison till he gets advice from the Director of Public Prosecution and the adjourned the case till September 16th,2013.

Nigerian In UK Rapes 11-Year-Old Girl For 3 Hours Inside Bush
An 18-year-old is to appear in court charged with the r**pë of an 11-year-old girl who he attacked on Friday, November 23 at around 4.30pm in Enfield, north London, as she walked home from school.
She was dragged into nearby Jubilee Park and r*8pëd in an ordeal that police said could have lasted as long as three hours.
The girl, who was wearing her school uniform returned home at around 8pm and was taken to hospital.
She had to undergo surgery for injuries sustained in the attack.
Detective Inspector Simon Ellershaw said it was "a horrific and unusual attack of a defenceless schoolgirl".
She had been making her way home along her usual route, one of Enfield's busiest shortcuts, at the beginning of the Friday afternoon rush hour when she was grabbed.
Police have appealed for witnesses and Det Insp Ellershaw said: "Given the significant and unaccounted for amount of time between the incident and the victim's arrival home, we are particularly keen to speak to anyone who may have seen her possibly appearing confused or disheveled following her ordeal.
All calls will be treated in the utmost confidence."
Opemipo Jaji, 18, has been charged with rape and attempted rape and will appear at Enfield Magistrates' Court later.

HIV+ Man Sneaks Into Music Producer’s House and Defiles his Wife
A 29-year-old HIV-positive man who sneaked into the house of a Chitungwiza music producer and r*ped his wife as the husband was busy recording in another room was yesterday sentenced to an effective 16 years in prison.
The 28-year-old woman tested HIV negative after the r*pe.
Tawanda (29) of the same town was convicted of unlawful entry, theft and r*pe.
Tawanda denied the charges when he appeared before the regional magistrate, Ms Sarah Mupindu, but was convicted after overwhelming evidence against him. He was being represented by Mr Phillip of Mugiya Law Chambers.
Tawanda said he knew nothing about the case. But the woman said she was positive about the identification because the lights to her room were switched on when he entered. Ms Mupindu sentenced Tawanda to five years behind bars for unlawful entry and set aside two years for the next five years.
Another year was suspended on condition he restituted the complainant of US$580 before the end of December.
On the r*pe charge, Tawanda was slapped with a 17-year prison term, but had three years of his sentence set aside for good behaviour.
Ms Mupindu noted that Tawanda pre-planned the offence since he sneaked into the house during the early hours of the morning.
”You entered into the house knowing fully that people were fast asleep and you also benefited since most of the property stolen was never recovered,” said Ms Mupindu.
In addition, she said that it was the court’s jurisdiction to protect women and young girls from people like Tawanda.
Prosecutor Ms Concellia told the court that on September 23 last year, and about 3am , Chitungwiza, Tawanda and his unknown accomplices went to the house of the complainant.
The woman was fast asleep while her husband was recording music in a separate room. Tawanda forced open the door and stole cash amounting to US$580, a Samsung cellphone and various clothing items.
After that, he went inside the bedroom with his gang where he forced himself on the producer’s wife before they went away.The woman told her husband what had happened and they reported the matter to the police.
