64 year old Woman swims from Cuba to US(photos)
Even at 64 dream still come true. This is the story of Diana Nyad who has become the first person to swim from Cuba to the US without a shark cage.
The 64-year-old American endurance swimmer took around 53 hours to complete the crossing, arriving just before 2pm local time on Monday.
A crowd of well-wishers greeted her arrival and helped her up the beach.
