WHAT!!! : Man Gouges His Wife's Eye Out For Cheating(Photo)
A woman was left scarred for life after she was found cheating on her husband.
The jealous husband in question from southern Guangxi province, China, gouged out the eye of his wife after he found out that she was having an affair.
The 39-year-old woman, identified only as Li, met her husband on the Internet.
After dating for only three months, they reportedly got married.
The husband turned out to be very controlling and abusive towards Li.
The woman said that her husband often beat her.
She wanted to divorce him, but he did not agree to it. She was unable to run away as her husband was in possession of all her identity documents.
In an effort to be more independent, Li found a part-time job, where she fell in love with another man.
When her husband learned about the affair he confronted his wife and gouged out her left eye with his bare hands.
After the brutal attack, the husband took his wife to a local hospital and turned himself in to police.
